Once the situation gets better we plan to go to China to meet with the potential investors but for that we need to start making a first contact with as many people as possible either through email or phone.Some additional questions:-If there are any regulations that wouldn't allow chinese citizens to move the money outside of China and if there aren't any what would be the best way to transfer the money?

Currently I can think of only two, USA and China, and with COVID the USA is pouring tons of money into it's economy to keep it going, I suppose China is doing the same.Are there others (???)
