For instance, Arvada and Wheat Ridge, suburbs of Denver, both allow non-owner occupied STRs, but in Arvada each owner can have up to 3 short-term rentals, whereas in Wheat Ridge you can only have one.-- Even if you can have multiple STRs, can you have more than one STR per lot in Minneapolis?
