Loan constants or factoring tables were commonly found in a book showing different interest rates and to compute the payment you would multiply that factor by 1,000 or a fraction thereof as the loan amount and the result would be the payment amount based on the given amortized periods.IMO, getting tied up in loan constants and factoring is ancient manipulations when you can be much more accurate using a financial calculator.

Even with commercial properties, CAP is only a meaningful metric between similar cash-flows (properties) in the same location ... and then only if calculated using the same methodology.
