Stuff happens...movers reschedule; helpers do not show up; personal transportation schedules change; cleaning takes longer than they expected; and moving to a new home- there are bound to be delays of all kinds.

I recommend attending some local meetups and possibly familiarizing yourself with the movers and shakers in your market. 

I am torn right now whether or not it is a good investment to buy a tiny home or a trailer home or a van converted into a tiny home:Tiny home: - I will need to purchase a truck to trail this or hire a mover to trail it to the places I live.

Also, local mobile home movers may be able to give you some insight on this topic as well. 

It takes a much bigger bump to move real estate down than it does stocks, because it's relatively illiquid.

Maybe the movers from your hospital are not making much or have other reasons for wanting cheaper digs.Do you have a mini-bar in there.. a lot of the doc's I've known like to enjoy a cocktail or two.Maybe there are not many customers for you offering at your hospital--have you checked that?

IE your in the moment your talking with folks in the business you get to sit through sales meetings you get to see how the movers and shakers do it up front and personal... and then you never know you may be a star one day...
