Stuff happens...movers reschedule; helpers do not show up; personal transportation schedules change; cleaning takes longer than they expected; and moving to a new home- there are bound to be delays of all kinds.

I have a case where an owners listed in FSBo in Zillow and craigslist.He counted and the first day he got 72 solicitation calls (not only form Realtors, but from Movers, Roofers, Packers, Cleaners, etc.).Use a Flat Fee service and all of these will go away.Use a licensed broker in your state that has good genuine reviews and a track record.

Maybe the movers from your hospital are not making much or have other reasons for wanting cheaper digs.Do you have a mini-bar in there.. a lot of the doc's I've known like to enjoy a cocktail or two.Maybe there are not many customers for you offering at your hospital--have you checked that?
