Do you have an idea of what your time horizon is for your investment plan?

Should we sell this one and invest in a new one and start fresh?

I do manage some properties near ACU & HSU and I would highly recommend that area. 

Start by giving them notice of what they are violating and then if it isn't remedied, start the eviction process. 

What do you think of my essentially 7-word answer? 

I wanted to see if anyone has experience with or owns any properties with knob and tube wiring and what I should do. I

Most also work off of call lists that are incredibly outdated, so anything you do today likely won't have an impact for a while....I received a call from an idiot on Tuesday wanting to know if I would sell a piece of land.

It requires no money upfront, so you will join thousands of others trying to do the same in your market.

I feel the investor is off to a great start.
