In my experience, most title agent are very familiar with seller financing and if they're unsure as to how to handle a particular situation they can always reach out to the insurer's underwriting department who I'm sure will be able to craft a solution.I just looked at FIG's web site and it appears they are a title agent for both Fidelity National and Old Republic Title.

Not sure if you're aware but, nowadays, Google Translate translates any web page so there shouldn't be any language issue on these sites for non-Spanish speakers.

There would be no tenants I would have to deal with, only setting up a date for renters to move their stuff in and out.I'm also wondering if it would be a better idea to rent out the entire basement, or break it up into smaller rentals (i.e. a 30x30 space or a bunch of 10x5 spaces etc.)I'm imagining there is a market for people who need to store boxes for a quick move etc., but I can't imagine one person filling the entire basement so that's why I'm considering breaking it up if possible.

You should have a main account for each property and then most local banks will allow you to create sub-accounts where can store funds or separate them into those buckets as the rent comes in.

I am trying to purchase a multifamily house , outside of the city where i live it wis about 150 miles from my location , how do i figure out the demographics of the area and also the medium income around the area where i am planning to purchase . do i need to look for any big stores/shopping malls or any govt offices around the area to see if the place would be ideal for purchasing the property for renting it .

That is indeed double taxation.If you owned a shoe store, for example, you would buy shoes wholesale, sell them retail, and pay taxes on your net income.

It took me about 6 years but I finally reached the point where all of my properties have this color scheme and I only need to store three cans of paint for touchup.
