I have used Coach Carson's recommended spreadsheet from "Woman Builder" (linked), and it's excellent for listing all the various cost categories I may confront on a project.

@Dell Schlabach - I would love to see the list of books that you found helpful but that link is not working any longer.

I made an account on the bookstore website using the same email thinking it would recognize it and be linked to my BP account but it does not and doesn't recognize I have a pro account and still tries to charge me for landlord forms.
