We had to sell 17 different people on why this was a good idea for them and then we had to complete 17 separate affidavits and get them notarized and then work out the closing logistics because the heirs were all over the country.

* Notarized letter from doctor prescribing an emotional support animal * Vet records with current vacations*County certified dog registration - (required by law in our county)

Offer him $200 to be gone within 72 hours… Stated clearly that he Hass to have everything removed and be out of the house and sign a notarized statement surrendering his rights to the property.

Also, if I were to deed a property that is in my name into an LLC owned by myself (signed by me and notarized properly), does t matter if I record the deed.

The only thing I haven’t done is, go to the recorders office to see if they notarized the contract.

It's also not notarized by any County official or Notary.

- I already completed all my forms (eviction petition and military affidavit), should I notarize them before filing? 

It'll be notarized & recorded at the county (assuming a HML with an IQ greater than potato) and the underwriter will condition for all relevant loan docs and a "verification of mortgage" from the HML (who half the time are unable/unwilling to fill it out properly).

If not are there other tax strategies to employ here?
