Just keep in mind that the financing terms (like 30 year fixed rate) are almost universally better when title/mortgage is in your name and not the LLC. 

AND her new landlord is virtually a slumlord to fixes nothing - including her leaking brown goo problem.Forgive me for being so harsh and laughing at another persons problems, but after decades of renting to people and putting up with their stupidity and shenanigans, I can't help but laugh at their misfortune. 

We also have a son that will be going to the University of Arizona and our thoughts, assuming this is a wise choice, is to do the same there.
