The types of renters that would most likely be looking for a 4/2 are usually families with an insurance claim who need temporary housing, families relocating to the area that need temporary housing until they find something to buy or build and construction companies with the need for housing for their workers.

When the houses were just acquired it usually took me two to four weeks to get a tenant in them though I had some that were rented prior to make-ready and renovations being done, that's happened a couple of times.  

The sun is usually shining every day and buyers are actively looking in the months of January and February unlike some markets where they wait until the spring.

Employment wise, Aultman Hospital is consuming the SW part of Canton and Timken Steel keeps plugging along with some smaller manufacturing companies staying steady, but outside of Aultman I haven't seen any significant job growth or companies moving here, and if they do, they usually aren't coming into the City.
