Thank you @Dmitriy Fomichenko.I was hopeful that I could "unlock" these funds to help me build my portfolio, but it does not appear to be as useful as I first thought.

Came back the next morning and unlocked the front door. 

No brainer and great deal  spend 61k to unlock 600k in equity. and all in ONE unit.. does not get any better than this other than other high priced markets of the US..
