I also have a positive outlook on Durham and the Triangle in general.Spend more time in the actual area.

I ended up looking out of state as the Triangle was too tight and around Bragg there was too much chaff.

Areas you'll likely want to look at for improved value of homes is Wallace Triangle, Highland Park and Columbian Park areas.
