Though I thought selling a tangible product (real estate) was much easier that something intangible (stocks, mutual funds, etc.).

I would highly recommend using one of the Providers on here (I use @Dmitriy Fomichenko and have been very happy with his services) , they are not directly allowed to promote themselves on here, but just look at the signature lines and you can tell who they are. 

The industry is a bit muddy at times, so you definitely need to to your research and ask plenty of questions, but there are absolutely some top notch providers around the country who provide real, tangible value and honest, consistent service.Best of luck!

Labor is tangible however, you just cant touch and feel it the way you can with matter.

When I was younger, I had promotions and job re-location, and that's a sore point for me if the landlord grabs my raise for having to move to a better job.

Open windows let in road dirt, dust and allergens that settle in your home and never leave and in doing so, promote health problems that go improperly treated for years.
