Karen, money really impresses you obviously, I know some very wealthy people who are really good at some things, but they lost souls in many other aspects, it's not a a measure of intelligence.

We considered adopting a child, then after lots of soul-searching and prayer, we decided to pursue the idea.

As for me, I own 3 vehicles: a 2013 Kia Soul with 115k miles on it that I bought new for $13k (stripper model), a 2012 Kia Soul with 60k miles that my wife drives that I bought new for $15k (it's an automatic), and a 2004 Nissan Titan 4WD pickup that gets me through bad weather and does landlord duty that I've owned for a decade, bought used for $12k at 60k miles and now has 150k miles on it.

I know this sounds cliche, but how much money can one expect to make if you put your heart and soul into this business(over 5 years, 10 year time period)??

To prevent this from happening in the future we developed a squad of brave souls called "The fall guys".

When I was 24, I moved over 800 miles away from friends and family to a city where I didn't know a soul - all for a better job and more opportunity.

I drive a 2013 Kia Soul most days and I fit pretty good in it, but they kind of built those for older, fatter people :D .

In this business, a handshake, someone's word, a trustworthy soul, isn't worth a damn thing.  

I am personally grateful to all these groups and the people that put their hearts and souls into supporting other investors with their education and experience.
