All units would be metered so data would be there to bill the tenants (so no ability to question the bill) but landlord would still pay the bill given we can not have 4 main master water meters (can only do 2 x1 master meter + x1 sub meter combinations).

Had a quick question.I purchased the property for $500K about 10 years agoI'm selling the property for $575K with the Fire DamageI received an insurance check of $380K for the fire damage.After Paying off the Mortgage + Escrow + Realtor Fee's, I'll be left with about $150K.My question is will I get taxed on this $150K?

Landlords mistakenly ASSUME all PMCs offer the exact same services and operate the exact same way, so price is the only differentiator.So, the first question they usually ask a PMC is about fees - instead of asking about services.This also leads them to ASSUME simpler is better when it comes to management contracts.
