One of the condos I own switched to a card system and found they had fewer problems with people breaking into the machines to get the change since they contained no money. 

I found the property by driving for dollars, using the Deal Machine app.

Were fairly experienced but the biggest area we are probably going to need help in is rebuilding our deal machine and possibly some networking to find deals.

Cpap machines are not loud at all (just a soft white noise sound).

The ones that didn’t lose it all were perhaps the ones that used the property as an ATM machine and refinanced their cash out at some point.  

Hi Everyone,One of my rentals has a washing machine flashing an error and will not run.

I got all the personal mortgaging out of my system and then made the switch, but alas I do not have a time machine I could offer you.It is what it is.

(in fact, despite living in Nashville I spend most of my time in East TN now, as it's the primary real estate market I serve, specifically working with long-distance investors on finding great STR cabins)  @Matt Castle is right that the market is super hot, but they're still cash flowing machines, which is why it's staying hot.

Nathan:If I ever had a smoker again I'd hire the ozone machine,  I think.  

I'm totally going to do the cliche thing and go to the bank, take out $3.08, and have it framed.In 3 months I went from a cog in a machine for someone else, to stumbling upon BP, to owning realestate, to the smallest chance one day i'll be financially independent.
