I truly hope that whomever gets in can simplify the tax code.

I guess my question simplified is once it's designated, does the Homestead last the whole year even if the property changes hands?

Many people are just cheap and will not want to spend the money.Those seem to be high bids depending on length of fence.I get a handyman type person install fence for a reasonable price.You can rent an auger to dig holes and buy the pre-made fence sections to simplify the process.

It seems that we have an overly-simplified view of the world today IMO.
