Owners mistakenly ASSUME all PMCs offer the exact SAME SERVICES and PERFORM those services EXACTLY THE SAME WAY, so price is the only differentiator.So, the first question they usually ask a PMC is about fees - instead of asking about services and HOW those services are executed.EXAMPLE: PMC states they will handle tenant screening – what does that specifically mean?

And if you screen your tenants well, treat them well and pitch it well you can get your tenant working with you not against you. 

Like with any rental, tenant screening is crucial in this area because opioids and other drugs have hit the area hard. 2019 has been my first year without an eviction so it has been a learning process.

My question is, for the unit I am moving out of, what’s the best company to use for online applications, tenant screening, background checks, credit pull, etc. ?

We screen heavy and our tenants usually make great income, no criminal history’s, and are great tenants.

After the tenant fills this out, do I send this to any background screening company?

It will be a top income producer for you forever as long as you remain strict, competent and ruthless with your tenant screening. 

I want to address space/safety concerns before beginning any kind of screening process.
