If we want to buy say a 3 or 4 unit here in Honolulu county, does remaining entitlement go based off a single family home maximum price or can remaining 2nd tier entitlement vary up to the limit for a 4 unit which is much higher?

@Michael PreterotiI have one more thing to say as you can tell that all my business Decisions are based on faith from God i’m not on Facebook Twitter or any other site only bigger pockets I’ve enjoyed listening and reading from a bunch of investors through the years but your true character is not how well you’re doing good times but how will you do when it is difficult I have never stopped in these times looking for opportunity to purchase deals I hope that the investors on the site look back in a few months and see their character and apply that to your future deals and try to become a better person and live less in fear
