I struggle with whether I should take some money off the table and sell off some properties, reinvest in other areas that cash flow with some more room to grow on the apprecIation side, or just play the long game and ride it out.

It was a great ride but now it's becoming a commodity and I'm out. 

This was purchased using my own company's funds so can ride this out, however, if the money was borrowed at 12% would owe $18K in interest! 

I'm always happy to help and willing to give a ride along for the adventures ones on my "normal day" routine lol. 

I've enjoyed the ride, taking my tax free gains and bailing ;) rent prices are still too low to even consider leaving my primary as a rental.

Just hold on the properties tight and ride it over to the next next peak with another 200% to 500% appreciation from today price.  

If I were in your shoes, I would do two things -Thing #1 - Make sure you and your wife are on the same page - You will have an uphill battle if you guys want different things out of life - BUT if you are both working towards the same goal, it will be a fun ride!

He just did not think I would go that far and just thought I would just ride along.

We are actively talking with these owners and will hopefully have more news in the next couple of weeks.To round out the day, we hosted our 3rd monthly Real Estate Investors meetup from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.On the ride home, we analyzed and underwrote a deal that came to us that morning while driving around.

I'm really enjoying the ride thus far, and I'm looking forward to expanding.
