With it being a new year, I know there are many people restructuring their businesses, and thinking about doing blogs, all of you have written great posts that are very specific, and I'm sure many BP members will like to read this thread.

However, I am not aware of any institutional lenders that allow transfer of title from an individual name to an LLC without completely restructuring the loan. 

The man asks me if he can remain there and restructure the contract (to be without her name; evicting her essentially). 

What other options are out there for restructuring CC debt? 

IMF transactions can now happen in other currencies than the dollar, Italian Banks are in trouble, India has restructured their currency.  

The Special Assets department decides when it is time to restructure the loan, foreclose or accept a forbearance agreement on commercial properties.

Current bank is offering to restructure my loans and lower my rate to 4.375% for 5 year fixed, amt 25 years, no balloon. 

If so, would that put it into a warzone/Detroit area category or help it to restructure and turn the corner for positive growth/appreciation?

We are not going out of business we are merely restructuring going back to our old way of doing things that made us successful.

You can always restructure later on down the road.
