I'd recommend looking at property taxes on county website and comparing this to taxes on closing docs to see if it's been prorated or if it's the full amount.

And low and behold the first day it went live on the website , I was getting 6 or 7 calls per HOUR .

I dont know but for me if I am selling RE the only place I put it is on MLS and my Website. 

The title company is a website thrown up and Justin is the registered owner, which is a huge conflict.
