Johnson is trying to replicate it in my market.

I think training and education in the industry should come first and money SHOULD be spent on educating yourself.Yes you can get bits and pieces on the internet for free.. but you will never replicate a class room or one on one environment.. not all people can learn by just reading on the computer.

This gives me a feel for the pricing and coverage trends in my area that a national agent could never replicate.

Even if it's settled there must be some repercussions or this sounds all too easy for many people to replicate.

Unfortunately, you cannot replicate this luck.  

Part of the difficulty in replication my old skills was that I had not kept good records of conversations with the attorneys, PR's and heirs.

With FMR growing and my original down payment, the property is hard to replace / replicate.

He's a perfect example of a real estate investor who uses multiple strategies to achieve wild success.Not only would I disagree with your statement above, but I'd say it's exactly the opposite -- the most successful entrepreneurs are able to replicate and scale their success in multiple businesses, industries and markets to the point that wouldn't be feasible with a single business focus.
