When I do my own units, should I charge a really low price to my own property to make it self sufficient as it would then cover its own expenses, or should I charge the regular full price for cleaning and pay myself the entire cost for cleaning to boost my income?

I preach about this regularly to people looking to invest in Texas and San Antonio ore specifically.

We had jobs there and we took summer classes to lighten the load of the regular semester.

As with any system quality install and regular preventive maintenance are required. 

I currently work as a consultant, on a project that deals with a lot of risk assessment, identifying pain points for my client in areas of improvement, along with these types tasks, there is a lot of tracking and monitoring of multiple different requests that are going on at one time, as well as having to manage my team and personal to ensure we are meeting all necessary suspenses.

Someone will need to be handling inquiries, monitoring rates, guest issues that arise, marketing, repairs, maintenance, and housekeeping. 

In that case, I would shop it around to see if any other regular carriers will write the coverage.
