Lastly I'd be worried that since they're made in a different country they might have different standards regarding the refrigerant as well as the power supply.It's inevitable that AC units will break down sooner than later depending on what part of AZ you're in.

I've replaced the air conditioner (which was stolen while it was vacant), added 5 interior doors (that were missing for some reason), paid the property manager to paint the place at $2,250, replaced a few window panes, and bought a stove and refrigerator for it.
