What would push the needle for you as a broker to confidently move forward with a buyer in the process of acquiring a building?

They often offer coaching programs that can guide you through the fix-and-flip process, including how to properly assess properties during walkthroughs.

How long would this process take. 

This entire process takes 5 minutes, not including the time it takes to video the home.

But I am curious if my relocation would have to be fully complete or in the process before applying for the loan?

This is important because these are generally the property owners with standing to file an appeal if they are not satisfied with the plans which can become a drawn out and expensive process.

Hopefully, they don't go bankrupt lol - In order to get started with the process, I have to pay $1000 deposit.
