I know time is a precious resource we can't get back. 

We do believe they are a real business at this point but they clearly are terrible with their marketing and online precious and to us that’s a red flag that they won’t stay in business long.

That leaves me precious little wiggle room, hence my extra caution on even a 1% chance of losing 1200.

To me it does not makes any sense to pay for two polices that covers the same items in the home unless one of the tenants wants more coverage for high priced items like jewelry, art, etc. 

If you have woodworkers in your area who want maple slabs you may be able to sell the trunk in pieces for some worthwhile money.Maybe try fishing in the woodworking forums, (will be cutting old maple on x/x/xxxx open to all offers for the wood) plus a pic of the tree and one of it's green leaves.Some of these guys will drive quite a way to get their precious slabs (which the turn into bars and tables and etc, and sell to well off people as custom made furniture).They like parts best where limbs grow out of the trunk (the grain is different).I've not done this, but I have seen it done.Good Luck!

All of our capital moved into precious metal space in March of 2018 and we’re still confident in that sectors ability to out perform US real estate and US equities over the next two to five years.

AZ evictions do not require an attorney, but I use one anyway since the slightest misstep turns back the precious clock on the process.  

Comparing what I do and what you do is like comparing apples and oranges, but I park my capital in less liquid assets including precious metals, one crypto, and real estate (my primary).

Once my wealth grows to where I want it then I will start diversifying in precious metals, uranium, commodities adn blue chip stocks after a correction.
