My belief in the Bay Area is driven by continued growth in population driven by tech company growth, large demographic/population of high wage earners, and that the Bay Area will remain the primary tech hub and attract out of state people.I don't plan to sell in the next 5 to 10 years, and I am willing to hold for the long-term.

Situations that I have stepped into that make life interesting are meth-ed hoarders, crack heads, gangs, porn production, prostitution ring, rats, raccoons, bad remodeling, half finished construction jobs, fire (but not brimstone), flood, heirs that were in prison...good grief..just a whole bunch of trouble.

The hard part for a lot of members are the transient nature of our jobs doesn't allow for single location networking or being near a huge hub for those options.
