Curious to know how people are finding their experience with Safeguard Capital Partners now in the midst of COVID?

Many, many people have made huge fortunes on SFR's alone.Speak extensively with anyone who invests in RE and do everything you can to pull out why you *shouldn't* do something.

That would bypass many city/state regulations that force landlords to rent to people here illegally. 

Would love to meet more people.  

I see people purchasing new STR's here and others dumping their properties or converting into LTR's. 

But otherwise the best way to get in front of people is through either word-of-mouth like you're doing or paid advertising on Google, Meta, Pinterest etc., I think there's a lot to building a "community" like feel for your tenants that may include events, giveaways, etc., to get them to engage with you and elevate their living experience.  

It doesn't sound like a showstopper to me.Did you ask the plumber if there is anything people can flush that will help keep the lines clear?

My biggest question when I was researching all the programs was "If these people are so successful at what they do, why are they charging so much for all of this and always trying to upsell?" 

By poisoning the rats, you're letting them roam free into the world where people's pets can eat them, not wise. 

I also wouldn't touch hilltop with a 10' pole. struggled. old homes, over budget renovations, lots of issues. realtors push people here since it's the only place cheap houses close to downtown can be good but homes are 1900-1920.
