So I plan to patch the cracks in the walls (some 1/8" or larger, diagonal from windows and door frames in one room, cracks appeared to be quite old), mud over the texture, scrape off the unpainted popcorn texture, and rip up the peel and stick floors to see what condition the slab is actually in.

Probably not, but I will keep my eyes peeled.- Forced appreciation is definitely a really powerful tool to scale quickly, however in this one instance I think maximizing my leverage will allow me to build wealth more quickly.

Paint is peeling on the outside but he's agreed to paint it for me if we continue but he's going to paint it even if I walk.Now here's the kicker...it is missing foundation on about a 10ft x 25ft area where they added the bathroom and laundry room.

I have stated that I would provide the necessary equipment ( gloves, mask, hand sanitizer and shoe coverings) and keep the showings to a minimum and of course when they are not home.

Purchase price: $64,000 Cash invested: $21,000 This home received just about everything plus some when we (my wife and I) began to peel the layers back.- All new flooring, kitchen, light fixtures, switches, outlets, appliances, master bathroom, window treatments, etc.- Removed a set of windows in the kitchen and opened up the exterior wall for a glass sliding door.- Added a walk out deck from the new kitchen sliding doors.
