SFH are always going to get more $/ft2 than MFH, but the multi will likely cost you more (especially if you are outfitting to the same level of details), as your building two kitchens, two electrical systems, two piping systems, two HVAC systems, etc.

Bathrooms get outfitted like people live there...shower curtains, towels, soaps, toothbrush holder, lotion dispenser all in coordinating color scheme.

These types of outfits typically are doing this on the side and not in the long haul, thus not making good strategic partners.

B2R and Lima One Capital come to mind and I know of an outfit out of CA that does the same thing.

Once you buy your multi, you might start off by finding a good plumbing and heating outfit, and hire them to do a seasonal maintenance check of your heating system and water heaters.

I would also suggest you get more quotes from more contractors because I'm under the impression that all these numbers came from one outfit.

There aren't any turnkey outfits in Tampa that I know of.
