I am only a few weeks into my journey so your original post really hits home and to see what someone who is really driven to accomplish a goal can get done in 9 months is inspiring.

I never actually knew when the original male co-tenant actually moved out because they didn't tell me for who knows how long after it happened.

Plus the apprasal and origination fees etc it’s starting to feel like an expensive $80k mortgage. 

He claimed that the market had changed since the fall of 2023 and that he could no longer go through with the original deal unless we reduced the assignment fee by $15,000.

I have not received favorable terms from the local bank I worked with on the original loans, and they are unwilling to work with the RV Park whatsoever.This is in Clay County, Alabama.
