Does it make sense financially to implement this into a strategy, or is it just a moral concept?

Somehow the interstate investor just couldn't turn their mind to fixing up the property...Moral of the story?

The moral of the story is that people will do whatever they want.  

The moral issue, as well as the reputational issue, also must be considered.Often, the seller is left with the impression that he has a firm deal.

I know they will still foreclose in your house if you can’t make payment even if you make extra ones....Morale of the story, ensure your roi is greater than the debt interest rate.

So moral of the story if you are looking to buy and refinance a property, make sure you are using the same method that the appraiser is.

Hence, I cancelled the contract and stopped payment on my DD check (they did not cash it yet).Now, for the moral of this long story.  1) Do not trust either the disclosure nor what a seller says. 

Without getting into the morality of wholesaling, a more legit way to do it is to get an inspection period from the seller.

The moral of the story is basically there is more than one way to skin a cat.
