Piece of mind?

I just had it on my mind based on some recent discussions. 

You can structure your home with an LLC, or even invest with multiple people.Peace of Mind: 1-Yr Rent Guarantee: We guarantee rent for the first year, so no matter what you will receive your rental payments uninterrupted and you’ll be making money from day one.

But after getting to a certain point in the process (keep in mind I haven't closed yet) I am left feeling extremely nervous with what the future holds on this property as far as some things go.

If it is for liability protection, keep in mind to actually limit your liability means that any loans and insurance for the property need to properly be in the name of the LLC and not your personally.

Being able to drive by your properties frequently to see them in person (even if you have a property manager) can provide consistent peace of mind. 

I should've started with a specific $/month in mind and worked backwards to figure out how many properties it would take to get to that number. 

Mind you, it would be much less expensive to rent when you go there given the very low nightly rates due to the overbuilding.

And don't forget to factor in design/furnishings into your budget keeping in mind your ideal guest avatar.
