@Max James   unemployment sky rocketed  renters defaulted like homeowners this led to a huge melt down in values in most of the heavy rental areas .. along with the markets were rampant speculation was occurring ( think Vegas  FLorida  PHX and central CA.)

Snowbirds come when the snow falls and stay until it melts...that segment has already booked their stays or will be in the next few weeks. 

And away they go, stomping out into the post melt down, real estate market, and down thru the ice they go!     

Of course the crayons melted inside the heating ducts.

Had candle warmers and put melted wax down all the drains and put potatoes under and in any and every nook and cranny.

Not much and it melted as soon as it landed on the ground.

Not at all unusual to wake up with six inches of snow only to have it all melted by mid-afternoon.

Some foam melts a little and prevents primer from sticking.Enzymes work well for smell.

I drug him to Detroit with me and he approved a 1 mil LOC for me to do HML in Detroit of all places ( again pre the melt down).
