My father-in-law had abt 5k saved up but it was just stuffed in a mattress (not literally) and I guess bc he didn't have an account that showed history banks wouldn't loan to him, so he gave my wife the money so she could "gift" it back to him and there be a record of it.

For a 2 bedroom, 1 bath (823 sq) apartment, it cost me a total of 5K for all supplies to get it up and running (2 beds, 2 mattresses, TV, couch, etc).

What if I could create a product that that inflated with just the wind and created a lounging device or even an air mattress?

I think I need to get a better mattress.

@jason boulay, i have entered the premisis, and the only thing in there is some food and a mattress.

I've definitely had guests bring an air mattress but they cleared it with me beforehand.

Much of that is under mattresses, overseas, in bank vaults, or otherwise not in real circulation.  

So, then we were buying sheets for bed sizes we do not own, or sleep on the bare mattress. 

Stick your money in your mattress if that is the kind of stability you need.
