Hi Richardo, I'd be happy to assist with these questions,1) Most private money/hard money lenders will require you to close within a Corp or LLC if this is a ground-up construction project typically, these loans are 12-24 months I/O only 65% LTV 85% LTC2) For multifamily projects the loan terms would be the same as previously stated, but then once construction is completed and the property is stabilized you would refinance into a DSCR that would provide long-term financing solutions.
