I have a buyer and we're ready to put the play in action, but I need to know what I should put in place with seller's lawyer as the designated person to sell the properties??

I can give you some general info on insuring a property:Here are some things to look for from an Insurance prospective: Any in-ground tanks (active or inactive)Any Knob & Tube or Aluminum WiringIf built before 1978, does the building have Lead Safe certificationsAny wood stoves or secondary heating units.

What is new is that Moody's is combining REIS' power with their other companies like Compstak, theoretically creating some sort of more usefull data source- but I have not seen it in action. 

Just some insights from someone who has been there and seen the program in action for years.

I can read books and listen to podcasts all day, however unless I'm doing/taking action I won't learn a thing.I'll also be starting a monthly meetup at a local bar there to socialize with like minded individuals, to discuss REI, learn, eventually bring in active professionals in the area for presentations, discussions, and QA.Any and all advice would be appreciated if you know someone looking for some help managing their rehab, I'd love to reach out.
