In terms of enforcement if several potential tenants apply some being Hispanic, African American, Asian or Transgender/Gay and they all have identical perfect credit or near-perfect credit because they are all working for the fair housing board and not real tenants and the landlord picks the white applicant who was not first to apply that would show clear discrimination under this law and the landlord would face sanctions.

Add, emergency contacts, why leaving, how long will you stay etc.I also prefer erents tenant screen report...We left once,, then went back after immense pain being away.

Some instances may even require you to go lower than 66% .As pertaining building your buyer's list, there is nothing wrong with building those early on however "MVP buyers" as I like to refer to them as, due to the number of deals they do a year and closing speed, value their time immensely .
