Daytona area has great opportunity, but homeless people and thugs have taken over the area for years ruining historic homes, home that if redone could go under historic home list., if they cleaned the area there would be lots of money to be made, but it's a gamble if it will be done.

They will move in together, delay moving out of their parent's house, move back into their parent's house, become homeless or move to other (cheaper) locations.

Once that happens you are going to have a tenant that wants in (Has a moving truck full, has scheduled appliance delivery, catered food is coming at 6:00 for all the people helping, moved out of her house so is now homeless) Of course she is going to want to be compensated for all of it.

It has potential as it is really close to downtown but the area is filled with homeless and dilapidated structures that would need to be razed and is not a place where people are willing to call home just yet.
