In our office, we place significant importance on selecting the right tenants and thoroughly explaining the move-in/move-out process.

Understanding the calculation method and concept of each, and learning how to select properties for investment based on yields is important.

It's all about deal selection IMHO.  

Unfortunately I think nowadays they just go on Airbnb/VRBO and select/negotiate with hosts they find on the sites instead of seeking out providers.

Fourth Start Small Select properties that align with your budget and investment goals and also consider Location Matters, Due Diligence, Build a Reliable Team, review Risk and Reward and continuous learning the most important.
