I am not talking about being a gym rat or a health nerd - however staying physically active is by no means a luxury.   

I'd assume that due to this competition, the rent rates for each unit on the 4-plex would have to be less than a similar one from the apartment complexes since they offer more amenites(gym, clubhouse, pool, etc). 

Is there a beautiful new dorm with gym and swimming pool under construction that could impact off campus demand? 

In our theater circles we attend and at the gym we have found small groups of folks that we got to know that we can share with and that share with us.

Gyms have classes with instructors however the people that get the best results have the gym membership, attend the classes, and have a trainer to hold them accountable and work with their individual needs.
