Hi all, thankyou so much for the quick responses and most valuable information, Its nice to see others from Ct. here.Regarding the 4 way split thing, what we are planning on doing is to do a couple of projects together so that we can benefit off each others knowledge and experiences to hopefully avoid any major mistakes, any profit we make off of these first couple projects will go into our business account as "seed" money, and hopefully we will all get a feel for flipping as well.
