There are no fireplaces.  

I think the $1 property could be a good investment to someone already based out of Detroit since running pex or cpvc is easy enough especially using push-fittings and many tenants in this area would be happy with window units, a fan, space heaters, or a fireplace/woodstove. 

This room also has a brick accent wall from the fireplace downstairs, but no fireplace.Side B also has a loft accessed by the stairs and has a huge master bath with more space than the other side of the duplex.  

There are two custom made open-air "closets" on each side of the upstairs fireplace. 

Most draw is in the summer because we provide amenities to use in the water like SUPs and kayaks, outdoor fireplace, boat rental, etc.

I am talking family room, living room, dining room, hell even the extra big room that has a fireplace.

Check your fireplace, wood stove, or pellet stove for proper operation.

Added gas heat and fireplace, and expanded the master bedroom.
