Grease and “flushable” toilet wipes are a big NO.and like others have said, getting it maintained every 5 years is good.If youre planning on adding any bedrooms, you will be limited by the size of your tank.One other pro is that if your wife accidentally flushes her jewelry down the drain, it will be at the bottom of the tank. =)
