He threw a bombshell in our lap that 90% of the structure was ate up with termites and basically the only thing holding the place together was the termites holding hands.

I have no car payments, i will have no mortgage payment when the renter moves in and i have not ate in a sit down restaraunt for 7 yrs, saving money where i can.

We borrowed the full amount the day after I read her post and put it in savings at E*Trade savings, which was giving the best interest rate for liquid money (immediate withdraw available) that we could find at the time.
