I'm great a flipping but looking to grow and experienced voices are the best!

I am a real estate investor in Vegas, and my family has lived in the West Texas area for decades.I have a property that I'm working here and would love to speak with any buyers and or experienced wholesalers.I don't know how to connect on the site that I did see this thread while researching the wholesale market here.

I don't think your planner was trying to steer you wrong but it's tough to empathize if you've never experienced owning a family business/real estate.  

I'm not so much a DIY type when it comes to legal matters so I am looking for an experienced attorney who specializes in tax foreclosures - ideally in that county.

I would love to talk to you about financing options as we help many investors, beginner and experienced, with funding that utilize the BRRRR method.

It's like whoever created this has only experienced life from a textbook and has no basic understanding of real life and basic business principles.
