Public and privately-owned housing exist in tandem.In terms of the rental market, I think there will be an expansion of C-class apartments and rental housing.

One being that this can't continue, and the other being that expansion is possible especially if we see more tech growth -- which has been the rumor mill for some time now.I expect we will know in a month or two if this market will continue.

He is looking to expand his business and has brought us in as partners to work on this expansion.

This isn't including special events at Disney or Universal or the expansion that those parks are doing.

This can include university expansion, new businesses (i.e. the Amazon HQ2 Fiasco!)

There is a lot of great advice here, but sounds like you and your husband have been doing great I would stick to what you know and work on either setting up for another expansion or seeing if now is the time to expand what you are good at and enjoy. 

IE restaurants, night life, the arts etc. primed for expansion.
