The destination is always the same (helping clients achieve the dream of home ownership, to buy their dream house, or to find freedom with passive income)... but new obstacles are always arising... constantly having to regroup, "coming back to the center," learning new strategies, and new paths to that destination.  

I wish you all the success in the world but if your wholesaling dreams are doused, don't give up... there are many avenues to your destination --- and again, I sincerely apologize if my earlier email seemed .....naysaying

I’ve lived in Destin and Santa Rosa beach pretty much up until five years ago.

North-Easterners see it as a cheap retirement destination, while its existing natives are sick of the housing crisis and are looking to retire somewhere more affordable.

So a combination of restaurants, bars, retail, offices, and family destinations.

@Ken LatchersThe arbitrage business promoters seem to be focused on the major cities rather than the vacation destinations, except for Disney World.

Winter is certainly the busiest time, however Park City has been doing a great job at marketing itself as a summer destination!

Nonetheless, the destination is set and the journey is in motion.  

We're not even a "vacation destination", just a normal house in the neighborhood of a small city next to a large city.

Our interest started when talking to friends about their properties near Destin.
