Would the banks still be intrested with me as I currently am unemployed?

It will be interesting to see how many syndicators actually hit those high IRR's on current deals with the upcoming economy transitions.

I joined this community because I want to get my hands dirty and not just meet people online but form some real connections and try to provide value back to those that are willing to offer me advise and guidance, and even encouragement.So, this is my current situation:Back in 2020 I was one of the fortunate ones who purchased real estate when prices were still low (compared to today) and interest rates where at 3% or below.

Currently scheduled to close on my first triplex next month and excited to connect with other RE professionals in the area to help me along. 

One thing I wouldn't do is jump into "giving it a try" without the eyes-on advice of a current self-managing owner.
